It’s the start of a new year, which means if you’re like me, this is the perfect time to make some changes and set some goals. Starting today, I am beginning a 90 day challenge and I’m excited about it! I’ve done one of these before and really enjoyed it.
Last year, during the summer I ordered TurboFire from BeachBody.
I really enjoy the instructor Chalene Johnson and just enjoy the workouts. They don’t feel like workouts even though they really get you moving and and do work you out!
I decided to mention this on my blog because, it will affect what I am eating, drinking and just my overall schedule. And, to help hold myself accountable. I’m also in a challenge group on Facebook with other women doing one of the Beachbody workouts and with other Beachbody coaches and that helps keep me on track because all of the women are so encouraging and uplifting.
To help track which workout to do on which days, I made this calendar for the next 90 days with some inspiration from iHeart Organizing. I think having a fun and colorful calendar that tells you what your workout schedule just makes it easier to follow!

Aside from following this workout schedule my daily goals are:
- To drink a gallon of water a day
- Eat clean
- Drink Shakeology for breakfast. Shakeology has been a life saver for me. I am allergic to eggs, which means my healthy breakfast options have always been few and far between. But Shakeology lets me mix up how I prepare it everyday and it never gets old!
- Eat every 3-4 hours
- Take my adorable new puppy (just over 10 weeks old), Bailey, for a walk. We got started on that one yesterday.
