Since this was Easton’s 1st Birthday and I don’t have a garden, I opted for photos of Easton’s Birthday celebration.

I’ve had this whole chicken for a few days that I need to cook, so I threw it in the crock pot today to make lunch for this week.

I just love roasting cauliflower! But I always seem to wait too long after buying the cauliflower that I need to go ahead and roast the whole thing which is why I had such a big plate of it!

Day 10 – your favorite color
Red is my all time favorite color! I don’t care if it’s technically an “angry” color. It makes me happy, that’s why I’ve got two rooms in my house that have a ton of red in them!

Tonight we had dinner with Dad to celebrate Easton turning one, so I had Wesley write out his name for me.

Summer fruits are the best. I love snacking on peaches and nectarines in the summer time!

Once the Champagne was open Beth’s bachelorette party was off and running!
