This is the time of the year that I love, although it might be a tie with the fall for my favorite time of year and that’s because of the patio weather. In Texas we just don’t get much patio time.
I would venture to say, March through early may and then October through mid November. The majority of the year it is just too dang hot! And let’s be honest, who wants to sit out on a patio eating and sweating. . .sick!
Tonight was a perfect example of wonderful patio weather. After a day of nervously watching basketball we headed to Campisis’ for dinner. The one in Frisco has a really good size patio. Tonight was the first night for the live music to start up again, and I have to admit the guy was really good. I have no idea who he was or how they found him but we all were singing along at different times.
What was going to be a simple dinner turned into three hours of just hanging out. . .it was wonderful!
