I’ve been on it for awhile…but only recently started playing with it; and now I can’t stop! The more I look at it the more I want to cook. So that’s just what I did this past weekend. Let me just tell you…it was SO fun and now I won’t have to cook dinner for over 3 weeks!
After a long day at work, the last thing I want to do is come home and cook dinner let alone even spend time thinking about what to have.

Next stop was gas station breakfast tacos. I was excited to try these, being in the Valley I figured these would be really good, but sadly all the options were premixed with eggs which meant I could not try them. Oh well.

Read MoreI had no idea, but shouldn’t have been surprised, that getting out of town to start our 1100+ mile road trip would have had a few snags. The brilliant idea of hitting the road just a few minutes after 5:00 was delayed by about an hour. I picked the most obscure rental car place with only one worker who left for 15 mins to go fill up another rental with gas.
