In no particular order. . .
– We found a new and good BYOB restaurant called Giovanni’s up in Frisco.
– Kandice and I went for a pedicure at Polished. . .
– I finally saw Confessions of a Shopaholic, and was a little disappointed. I really enjoyed the book by Sophie Kinsella so I guess I’m not all that surprised that the movie didn’t meet expectations. It was still cute though and had I not read the book I probably would have enjoyed the movie more.
– Lacee told us about this garage sale down in Highland Park so we woke up early to head down and see if we could find anything good. I found these really cool wooden pieces. Now I just need to figure out exactly where to put them, I’m kind of thinking about hanging them in my bathroom. They will need a little alteration because I don’t have any green in my house and there are little bits of green on them but that won’t be too hard.
– At Kandice’s request, and with no objections, we headed to Mia’s for dinner Saturday night. I of course got the brisket tacos but this time had them add in jalapenos, which made them even better, if that were even possible.
