Last year we started the tradition of making Swedish Meatballs with the Sanders right after Christmas. We had so much fun that we wanted to do again this year. This year Beth, Aunt Cindy and I carried the sole responsibility of rolling the meatballs. We were super speedy and finished a lot faster than expected. Here are a few pictures from our adventure:

Needless to say were all stuffed by the end of the night.
My Grandmom Jackie use to make these when I was younger and until last year I don’t remember the last time I had them. They are super tasty and there are hardly ever leftovers at the end of the meal, which I always think is a good sign!
