I can’t believe it but I almost forgot about wine o. Wednesday night this week. I’ve been a little sidetracked with getting everything together to go out of town tomorrow. I am way behind on laundry because I’m still having dryer issues. Fortunately mom was nice enough to let me use her laundry so I could have clean clothes for my trip.
But. . .since I am heading out tomorrow, I didn’t really want to open an entire bottle because there was no way I could drink it all tonight and I didn’t want it to go to waste.
Fortunately Beth had some of the individual serving bottles of wine and she let me have one for tonight. It isn’t anything fancy but for a situation like this they are nice to have around.
So, tonight I am drinking Sutter Homes, 2007 California Cabernet Sauvignon. It really isn’t bad, but I am having a hard time getting over the fact that it is a single serve, plastic, screw-cap bottle. But for tonight I will let it go.
I am definitely thinking this is a good 2nd bottle wine. . .not really my favorite but not too bad either. . .
