When it comes to wine, I don’t think you have to spend a fortune to find a great wine. So when I find an inexpensive wine that I really enjoy I get really excited about it. The Leese-Fitch wines are a good example of this.
After trying the Leese Fitch Sauvignon Blanc I loved it. Loved it so much I blogged about it here. Just last week I found a Cabernet Sauvignon by Leese-Fitch at my local grocery store. At just $10.99 I couldn’t pass up giving it a try, I’ve also found it for $9.99 at the liquor store closest to my house. What I’m saying is this inexpensive wine delivers big bang for not much buck, and who can complain about that?
Full of flavor this wine is perfect as your wine of choice to keep around the house or even pair with a nice cut of steak. The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of grapes from 4 growing areas as well as a blend of multiple varietals to ensure every glass is bold but enabled The Other Guys to produce more of this great wine.
If you haven’t checked out any of the Leese-Fitch wines yet, what are you waiting for? Next I want to try their Pinot Noir and find out how it stacks up next to the Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon that have impressed me so much!

Hey Kate! Love the post. I’ve just started getting into wine lately so I’m always looking for great recommendations.
Have you had the Amberhill Secret White Blend before? I had that about a month ago and LOVED it! And this is coming from someone who didn’t used to like wine before. If you haven’t already tried and reviewed it, might be worth it 🙂

Cool! Glad I could help! I tried it at Happy Hour ($5/glass I think) at Mercy in Addison. But you can also get a bottle at Goody-Goody’s. I looked for it and it’s not something you can buy at a Kroger or Tom Thumb.
