Tonight marked the first night of the cookie factory, with a few holiday parties and holiday get-togethers starting this weekend, I needed to get busy!
I started with Spritz, my Grandmom made these every Christmas growing up and they are my brother’s favorite. What I didn’t realize was that they would yield over 200.
There were over 200. . .until I told Beth she could eat some broken ones.
And, this was our little helper, mom’s dog Callie in her fancy new fleece.
Now onto the world’s largest (or so it seems) batch of Ginger Snaps, another staple every Christmas thanks to Grandmom. . .back to the kitchen I go. . .
