I am by no means a burger expert or even a big burger fan, but I have heard rumors that Maple and Motor makes one of the best burgers in Dallas. If you’re looking for good burger recommendations around Dallas then check out Eat This Burger for all of the Dallas area burger happenings. 
I headed to Maple and Motor for lunch one day last week and luckily arrived just before the line was out the door.
Maple and Motor is a casual burger joint with no waiters and waitresses. You stand in line to order your burger, fries and drink at the counter. After you fill your cup at the self-serve soda station you can grab a table. They ask that you not grab a table until you order and after being there at lunch time, I understand why they ask this. It gets SO crowded!
I went with a cheeseburger and added jalapenos, of course! 
This burger was the perfect amount of juicy and packed full of flavor. I absolutely loved that they chopped up the pickles so that it almost looked like relish. With all of those toppings on the burger, you didn’t have to worry about losing any pickles. To me a burger isn’t complete without pickles; they are a must! My friend that accompanied on this excursion is a big fan of cheese fries, so we got an order to split. These were really good and cheese just as they should be. 
The burger was so big that we didn’t quite finish the cheese fries. In fact, I kind of felt like I needed a nap after lunch. I’m so glad I finally made it to Maple and Motor to try out their delicious burgers!
